Player Notes:
* Senior guard Keith Triplett tallied a team-high 15 points and has been the Rockets' leading scorer in eight of nine games this year and in 16 of their last 19 contests dating back to last season.
* Sophomore guard Sammy Villegas extended his streak of making a three-point field goal to 34 straight games. With 11 points in tonight's contest, he is the only Rocket to score in double figures in every game this year and ranks second on the team with 13.9 ppg.
* Freshman guard Justin Ingram grabbed a team-high three steals and ranks second on the team with 1.6 spg.
* Redshirt freshman center Allen Pinson hauled down a season-best eight rebounds in a season-high 29 minutes.
Team Notes:
* Toledo's bench was outscored and outrebounded by the opposition's bench for the first time this season. Louisville's reserves held a 41-18 advantage in points and a 16-10 advantage in rebounds.
* Toledo shot a season-low 44.4 percent from the free-throw line and was below 70 percent in a game for the first time this season. It was also the first time the Rockets were outshot by an opponent this year at the charity stripe.
* The Rockets allowed season highs in points (92) and points in a half (48). Louisville also was the first team to shoot over 50 percent from the field vs. UT at 52.6 percent and also registered opponent highs for three-point field goals (13) and three-point field-goal percentage (44.8).
