Harris was named the top women’s basketball player in the Mid-American Conference for the 1992-93 season, when she averaged 21.1 points per game and shot a conference record 64 percent from the floor. She was an All-American candidate that year and was named All-American honorable mention by Basketball Times magazine. Harris, who scored in double figures every game as a junior and senior, finished her collegiate career with 1,466 points and 833 rebounds, eighth and sixth all-time at UT respectively. She holds the school and conference record for career field goal percentage (.623), and ranks second in blocked shots (70) and rebounding average (9.2 per game).
