Jim Thibert lettered in football in 1960-62 as both a defensive and offensive end, becoming best known for his jarring tackles defensively and his blocking from a tight end position on offense. Jim was tri-captain of the 1962 team. He was drafted for professional football by teams in both the National Football League and the old American Football League. Jim saw action professionally with the Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, and San Diego Chargers as well as with teams in the Canadian Football League.
