When did you first start playing volleyball?
I started playing volleyball when I was 10. My mom and older sisters played, so it was only natural for me to test it out, and now we're here!
What's your earliest volleyball memory?
My earliest volleyball memory was when my older sisters would try to teach my twin sister and me to pass and set the ball back and forth. We've come a long way since then.
What is your favorite thing about being a volleyball player?
I love how quick the game is and how you can get so much satisfaction from an amazing play, my favorite being a stuff block.
Why did you decide to come to the University of Toledo to play volleyball?
I decided to come to the University of Toledo to play volleyball because I loved how I would be able to be in nursing school and still play volleyball. I also loved the campus and the familiarity I already had from my older sister playing here.
What do you love the most about being a Toledo Rocket?
I love how passionate the students and spectators are about the teams at Toledo! Their support and spirit means so much to the student-athletes here.
Who are your role models?
My role models are my parents. They have shown me the qualities of kind, loving, and hard-working people.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is definitely Savage Arena! It has great facilities and is such a good place to play and spectate in.
What is your major and why did you choose it?
My major is nursing and I chose it because I've always been interested in healthcare as my mom, two older sisters and grandma all work in that field.
What is the most interesting class you've taken at Toledo?
The most interesting class I've taken would probably be my Medical Ethics class. It broadened my views on so many interesting and complex medical issues and allowed me to understand various stances on these issues.
What do you want to do after graduation?
After graduating I would love to either go directly into a nurse practitioner graduate program or get experience working before applying to a program.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever gotten?
The key to life is how well you deal with plan B.
What is your dream vacation spot?
My dream vacation spot is Santorini, Greece.
What is the best concert you've ever been to?
Best concert I've been to was a Billie Eilish concert in Indianapolis.
