Milwaukee, Wis. - The Toledo men's tennis team concluded a weekend of matches in Milwaukee with a 4-3 loss to the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay on Sunday.
The Rockets' points came from the respective No. 3, 4 and 5 singles spots of Luka Vitosevic, Thawin Suksathaporn and Reid Teatsorth, who each defeated their opponents in straight sets. Despite the loss, Head Coach Al Wermer was in high spirits following the match.
"It sounds crazy but we're so proud of the effort and perseverance these guys are showing," Wermer said. "They're all paying the price, and they know growth will follow their sacrifices."
