Sidnay Huck was the first Rocket to put Toledo on the board. Huck defeated Klara Supejova in straight sets at first singles, 6-3, 6-4.

Eastern Michigan regained the lead by claiming a victory at No. 4 singles.

Freshman
Claire Aleck tied the score 2-2 after she came from behind to defeat Marie Mayerova, 2-6, 6-4, 6-1, in the No. 5 spot.

Emily Mazzola put Toledo ahead after besting Ani Gogvadze in a three-set battle at third singles. Mazzola won the first set, 6-2, but dropped the second, 6-7. The senior came from behind after saving three match points to go on and win the third set, 7-5.

Lauren Thai clinched the Rocket victory by downing Renu Sharma at No. 6 singles, 7-6, 2-6, 6-3.

Toledo will head to Muncie, IN next weekend for its final regular-season match. The Rockets will battle Ball State on April 23 at 1:00 p.m.
