Muncie, IN – Toledo dropped its first Mid-American Conference match on Friday to Ball State, 4-3, at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center. The Rockets fall to 7-11 on the season and 0-1 in MAC play.
"There weren't any surprises but we know our lower singles lineup can navigate MAC matches better than they did today," said head coach

The Rockets jumped into an early 1-0 lead after winning two of the three doubles matches.

Sisko claimed his 11
th-straight victory at No. 1 singles against BSU's Lucas Andersen, 6-4, 6-3. Olmedo bested Nemanja Guzina, 6-1, 6-4, at the No. 3 spot.

The Rockets return to the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center tomorrow for a 1:00 p.m. match against Northern Illinois.
