TOLEDO, OH – Toledo fell to Morehead State, 5-2, on Friday afternoon in the Glass City. With the loss, the Rockets drop to 7-8 on the season.
"We had a good experience today battling the elements and a feisty MSU team," said head coach
Al Wermer. "Our doubles teams didn't play the best, but all in all, today will help us going forward."

Vince Anzalone picked up the only two Rocket victories. Sisko defeated Ritchie Kruunenberg, 7-5, 7-6, at No. 1, while Anzalone bested Nick Mercer, 7-5, 6-2, at No. 3.
Toledo will travel to Ann Arbor, MI tomorrow to face the No. 24 Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. The Rockets will then host Marquette on March 13 at 1:00 p.m.
Sunday's match vs. Marquette will be sponsored by Toledo tennis alum Jeff Traudt of State Farm Insurance. Free food will be provided for fans throughout the match. USTA will host a Play Day following the match at approximately 3:30. The free kid's clinic is for ages 4-13.
