TOLEDO, OH – Toledo women's tennis will close out its fall schedule at the YSU Indoor Invitational this Friday-Sunday, Nov. 4-6. The invite will be held in Youngstown, OH at the Boardman Tennis Center.
 
"Throughout this fall season, the team has grown and improved significantly," said assistant coach Courtney Wild. "They have persistently worked on developing both their physical and mental games on the court. They are looking to play mentally tough in this last tournament and to finish out this fall season strong!"
 
The Rockets are coming off of a break week since the ITA Midwest Regionals. Junior Sidnay Huck, junior Colleen O'Brien, sophomore Claire Aleck and freshman DeeDee Leenabanchong qualified to represent UT in the tournament.
 
Huck and O'Brien each collected a victory in the qualifying singles draw. Huck defeated Michigan's Kara Hall in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, and O'Brien downed Chicago State's Mariya Kostyuk, 6-2, 6-4.
