2025: 2025 MAC Champion… Finished 20th at the 2025 MAC Championships with a time of 21:22.8…Placed third at the Mel Brodt Open with a time of 21:31.7… Ran in four races...Also competed at the USATF U20 Cross Country Championships, placing eighth overall with a time of 23:00.01.
High School: Four-time league champion, district medalist, state modality and state champion…PIAA Freshman Athlete of the Year…All-Northeast Region All-American…two-time state medalist in indoor track & field…3200m league champion and mile league champion…three-time state modality and two-time MVP in outdoor track & field.
Personal: Daughter of Colleen and Arthur DiCola…Has three brothers, Brian, Benjamin and Daniel…Brian is a current cross country/track & field student-athlete at Penn State, earning All-Big Ten and All Mid-Atlantic Region honors.
