Former Rocket Kishon Wilcher is in his first season as a graduate assistant coach for UT. He will work primarily with the wide receivers.
Wilcher played wide receiver, kickoff returner and defensive back for the Rockets from 2011-15. He caught 31 passes as a Rocket, including a career-high 19 in 2014.
Wilcher, a native of Detroit, played high school football at Cass Tech for his father, Thomas Wilcher. He also ran track.
Wilcher earned his bachelor’s degree from UT in 2014.
