MOBILE TICKET GENERAL INFO

All Toledo season tickets and single game tickets are fully digital and accessible via your smartphone. Your phone is your ticket! Download and save your ticket to your smartphone's digital wallet before you leave for the game!

iPhone user please download your tickets to your Apple Wallet
- Step 1: Prior to the event, add your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet by clicking the “Add to Apple Wallet” button.
- Step 2: At the entrance, open your mobile wallet and present your ticket to the attendant by holding your phone to the scanner.
Android user please download your tickets to your Google Pay Wallet
- Android users must also download Google Pay on their device as their digital wallet if they don't already have it.
- Step 1: Prior to the event add your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet by clicking the “Add to Google Pay Wallet” button.
- Step 2: At the entrance, open your mobile wallet and present your ticket to the attendant by holding your phone to the scanner.

Other Items To Know:

You can download, share, manage, and transfer your tickets prior to gamedays by logging into your account at utrockets.com/MyAccount.
It is recommended that you open the email on your phone and either save your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet or Google Play.
On gameday, make sure your tickets are in your digital wallet before heading to the game. Waiting until you arrive at your parking destination or venue entrance to do so can be stressful and Wi-Fi may be inconsistent.
Do NOT print off your pass(es) or take screenshots. For security purposes our scanners will not recognize them and we will need you to have your pass(es) reissued.
