  • Sophomore quarterback Carter Bradley set career highs in completions (29), attempts (44), passing yards (432), and touchdowns (three). His 432 passing yards are the seventh- most in a single game by a Rocket quarterback and the most since Logan Woodside threw for 458 yards vs. Tulsa on Sept. 16, 2017.
  • Toledo's defense gave up 294 yards in the first half but relinquished just 88 yards and five first downs in the final 30 minutes.
  • Senior wide receiver Danzel McKinley-Lewis set a career high with 110 receiving yards on six receptions.
  • Junior wide receiver Isaiah Winstead caught a career-high eight passes for 106 yards.
  • Bryant Koback rushed for 65 yards, giving him 2,503 for his career which moves him into 11th on Toledo's career rushing list. 
  • Tycen Anderson had six tackles in the first quarter and finished with a team-high eight stops with one pass breakup.
  • Toledo's second scoring drive of the game took 10 plays and 98 yards, but it was only the second-longest drive of the season. The Rockets had a 99-yard drive against Western Michigan.
  • Sophomore Thomas Cluckey made field goals of 22 and 25 yards, making him a perfect 4-for-4 on the season.
  • Toledo moved to 32-16 in the all-time series vs. NIU. It was the Rockets' first win in DeKalb since 2006, a strong of six straight losses. Toledo won in 2016 but that game was played in Chicago.
