Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations, or Lost/Stolen Tickets
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancelations on tickets ordered through the University of Toledo Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change. The University of Toledo is not responsible for lost/stolen individual game tickets and will not replace these tickets. Please keep your tickets in a secure area. Tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time.
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket to enter the venue, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons three (3) years or older need a ticket to enter the venue.
Scott Park Gate Information
All gates open 60 minutes prior to start of the contest.
Will Call
All ticket orders placed within seven business days of event will be held in Will Call. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. Will Call will open 60 minutes prior to game time. To pick up tickets at Will Call, all fans must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the original customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.
