Parking Information
General Admission Parking
Parking is available on Saturday, March 22 and Monday, March 24 for the 2014 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship at John F. Savage Arena in the general admission areas for $5 per vehicle, per session upon entering campus. All parking is on a first-come, first served basis in the following general admission parking areas:
- Parking Areas 1 and 2 located near the main entrance off Bancroft Street;
- Parking Area 5 located next to Savage Arena;
- Parking Area 10 located north side of the Glass Bowl Stadium;
- Parking Area 9 located south side of the Glass Bowl Stadium;
- Parking Area 17 adjacent to the Driscoll Alumni Center;
- The East Parking Garage located near the main entrance at Bancroft Street.
* For the convenience of fans using Area 18, 19 & 20 a shuttle service will provide transportation from the parking area to the shuttle bus drop off point located directly in front of the Charles A. Sullivan Athletic Complex. This shuttle service will be available beginning 90 minutes prior to tip off and will also operate during the game and for an hour after the contest.
Lots 3 and 4 are not available for public parking. Patrons attending the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship at Savage Arena are encouraged to arrive early for the second round game on Monday, March 24. Classes at Toledo will be in session, so traffic will be heavy.
Handicapped Parking:
Handicapped parking is provided for all fans (with a valid state issued handicapped parking permit) in front of Savage Arena and 18, south of Savage Arena. For handicap parking in front of Savage Arena enter parking area 5 and proceed to the handicapped area on the North side of Savage Arena. For handicap parking in parking area 18 enter campus via East Rocket Drive at Douglas Road and proceed to Area 18. For the convenience of patrons using Area 18, a handicapped accessible shuttle service will provide transportation from your vehicle to the shuttle bus drop off point located directly in front of the Charles A. Sullivan Athletic Complex. This will allow easy access to the Arena through the Sullivan Athletic Complex. This shuttle service will be available beginning 90 minutes prior to tip off and will also operate during the game and for an hour after the contest.
Present your valid state-issued handicapped parking permit AND pay a $5 parking fee at the entrance of Area 5 or 18.
Rocket Fund Donors:
A limited number of passes will be made available to the UT Rocket Fund donors at the $500 (GOLD) level and higher. Passes may be picked up in person at the UT Ticket Office beginning on Wednesday, March 19 through Friday, March 21. (Please use parking area 5 entrance to acces the UT Ticket Office. Spaces are available near the merchandise shop for ticket office customers.) Rocket Fund donors must present a photo ID to pick up a pass. Limited one (1) pass per contributor, while supplies last. WE CANNONT PROCESS ANY PHONE REQUESTS AND PASSES MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE TIME LISTED ABOVE. If a Rocket Fund donor has a UT President's Club pass, an NCAA Parking pass will not be issued, since the patron can use the UT President's Club pass for parking during the NCAA Championship. UT Presidents Club members may park in any parking area except parking area 3 and the front portion of parking area 4 reserved for the NCAA working media. All parking is based on availability.
Parking Rules & Regulations:
- Parking areas open 90 minutes prior to each game.
- Parking is based on availability.
- If your parking area is filled, you will be directed to the next available area.
- One space per vehicle, per pass.
- Parking is not permitted in any pedestrian areas or sidewalks. Violators will have their vehicles towed at the owner's expense.
