Steve Mix was first team all-Mid-American Conference in basketball in 1967, 1968, 1969. Mix is the second leading scorer in Toledo history with 1,676 total points. All-time leader in points per game with 22.9. He holds Toledo single game scoring record with 47 points vs. Butler in 1968-69. Mix played professionally for 13 years with the Detroit Pistons, Philadelphia 76ers, Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers and made the 1974-75 NBA All-Star Team.
