TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo Football and Friends of Rocky, the premier Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collective supporting Rocket student-athletes, are thrilled to announce the 2025 Friends of Rocky Pickleball Classic, set for Saturday, June 7, from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. at the Toledo Pickle Company (10130 Water St., Toledo, OH 43604).

This action-packed event will bring together Toledo Rockets fans, alumni, and supporters for a day of high-energy pickleball competition, fan experiences, and Rocket pride. With over 60 teams expected to compete, the tournament will feature bracketed play for all skill levels, ensuring a fun and competitive atmosphere for everyone— from first-time players to seasoned pros.

Event Highlights:

• Competitive Pickleball Tournament (team entry: $250): Includes two players, food, and drink tickets.
• General Admission Tickets ($20): For fans to enjoy courtside action, meet Toledo student-athletes and coaches, and participate in giveaways
• Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffles, and Door Prizes
• Appearances by Rocky, Rocksy, and Toledo football student-athletes
• Family-Friendly Activities: Rock wall, arcade games, bocce ball, and more
