Junior quarterback totaled three touchdowns in Week 12 win

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo football quarterback Tucker Gleason was named the Week 12 Ironman of the Game for his performance against Central Michigan last week.

Gleason totaled 223 yards of total offense and scored three total touchdowns – two rushing and one passing in Toledo's 37-10 victory against the Chippewas. He was Toledo's leading rusher with 87 yards on eight carries and added 136 passing yards on 13 completions.

The junior was voted as last week's Ironman by fans on X/Twitter. Also considered were cornerback Nasir Bowers, who has a 45-yard pick six, punter and MAC Special Teams Player of the Week Emilio Duran and junior defensive end Anthony Dunn Jr., who had 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.

Toledo (7-3, 4-2 MAC) faces Ohio (7-3, 5-1 MAC) in the Glass Bowl for a key matchup on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 7:00 on ESPN2.
