Rockets in fifth place in team standings
KETTERING, Ohio – Senior Yedam Lee and redshirt freshman Valeria Lizcano are both tied for fourth place to lead the Toledo women's golf team to a fifth-place standing on Monday at the Dayton Flyer Invitational. Lee and Lizcano both carded 36-hole scores of eight-over 148 at the par-70, 6,002-yard NCR North Course.
Lee carded the Rockets' best round of the day with a two-over par 72 in the afternoon, while Lizcano registered a three-over par 73 in the morning. They both collected five birdies today.
Freshman Brooklyn Millard is tied for 30th place at 157 (80-77), freshman Emily Young is tied for 34th place at 158 (81-77), and senior Kyleigh Dull is tied for 39th at 160 (80-80).
Sophomore Mia Natividad is competing as an individual and tied for 44th place at 161 (81-80).
The final round of the tournament will begin tomorrow morning with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.
