TOLEDO, Ohio -Â The University of Toledo women's soccer program has earned the Team Academic Award from the United Soccer Coaches for the 2019-20 academic year after tying for 14
th place among NCAA Division I programs. The Rockets are receiving the honor for a sixth-consecutive year and 17th time overall.
Toledo ranked first in the Mid-American Conference with a 3.76 GPA last year, including a school-record 3.83 mark in the 2020 spring semester. Seven Rockets currently possess a perfect 4.0 GPA. The members of the program who have received an 'A' in every class at UToledo are junior

United Soccer Coaches annually celebrate the academic achievements of high school and college soccer teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over a course of a full school year. College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade-point-average of 3.00 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster.
