Nick Ellis Named MAC West Special Teams Player of the Week

Toledo, OH – Toledo senior punter Nick Ellis (Pickerington, OH) was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in Toledo's 55-35 loss at Western Michigan on Nov. 25.

Ellis averaged 45.2 yards on four punts in rainy conditions in Kalamazoo. It is the fourth time this season that Ellis has been honored as MAC West player of the week.
