- Toledo's loss snaps a 17-game home field winning streak, which was tied for the longest in school history (1969-72) and tied for second-longest in MAC history (Marshall, 22 games from 1997-2000). Toledo's last loss in the Glass Bowl was a 34-17 setback to Louisiana Tech on Oct. 30, 1999.

- Miami is now 15-8-1 all-time in the Glass Bowl.

- Donta` Greene extended his consecutive reception streak to 27 straight games. Greene had a season-high 110 yards receiving on eight catches. Greene had seven receptions and now has 155 for his career to move into second place on UT's all-time list, passing Don Fair (154 from 1969-71).

- Brian Jones' 49-yard run in the third quarter was the longest run of his career. Jones also threw for a career-high 341 passing yards (30-of-46 passing) in the game.

- Manny Johnson tied his career-high with five receptions for 51 yards.
