(on when he sprained his right ankle) "I hurt it in the second quarter on the pass play on fourth down. I tried to come back in the second half but it hurt too much."

(asked if injury is very serious) "No. I'll be ready to play next game."

"Antwon (McCray) really stepped up. It was an exciting game. Sometimes things get rough. We did what we ahd to do to win."

"We knew coming into this game that they wer going to play us tough. They were very aggressive up front. We knew it was going to be an exciting game."

(pressure to perform with Chester out of lineup?) "No. Not at all. I've been waiting all my career for an opportunity like tonight. I'm a quarterback. It's something I want to do. Every quarterback loves to throw the ball and be in situations like this, especially to come away with a victory."

"You never know what's going to happen. You always have to be ready to play. With our o-line playing like they did tonight, it made it a lot easier for me."
