Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations, or Lost/Stolen Tickets
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancelations on tickets ordered through the University of Toledo Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change. Season tickets that are lost may be reprinted for the owner up to one day prior to the event at the Main Ticket Office located in the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena. The University of Toledo is not responsible for lost/stolen individual game tickets and will not replace these tickets. Please keep your tickets in a secure area. Tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time.

The University of Toledo is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities. All individuals requiring special accommodations are encouraged to make arrangements in advance with the Ticket Office at 419.530.GOLD (4653). Accessible seating is designated in Sections 104, 107 & 110.

Accessible seating entrances are located at the southwest and southeast gates.

Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket to enter Savage Arena, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons three (3) years or older need a ticket to enter Savage Arena.

Toledo Student Seating: Sections 105, 106, 111 - 114
Visiting Team Seating: Section 110 (based on availability)

Arena Gate Information
All gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

Toledo Student gate entrances are located at the main entrance through the Sullivan Athletic Complex. Student gates are for Toledo Students only. Students must present valid Toledo student I.D.

Basketball Will Call
All ticket orders placed within 8 days of event will be held in Will Call. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at Will Call, all fans must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the original customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.

Toledo Ticket Office located in the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena and will remain open on game day through tip off for fans to purchase tickets and to pick up Will Call. Will Call at Savage Arena will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. The Will Call Ticket locations are the following:
