Toledo, Ohio - The Toledo women's track and field team looks to continue its outstanding season when the Rockets compete at the 52nd Annual Hillsdale College Gina Relays in Hillsdale, Mich. Competition runs Thursday-Saturday, April 26-28 inside the Frank "Muddy" Waters Stadium on the campus of Hillsdale College.
 
"This weekend we're looking to get a few more Mid-American Conference qualifying performances and come out healthy," head coach Linh Nguyen said. "This time of year, you want to come out of all competitions unscathed and ready for the championship season. We'll probably hold out a few people just to be safe."
 
The Rockets are coming off an appearance at the Jesse Owens Track Classic hosted by Ohio State. As a program, Toledo set three personal bests, earned 11 Mid-American Conference qualifying times, finished first twice, and finished in the top-five nine times over two days of action. Seniors Janelle Noe and Stephanie Barlow were UT's top performers at the meet. Noe won the 1,500m in 4:22.85 while Barlow won the 3,000m steeplechase in 10:26.53.
 
"It's always nice as a coach to know you have a handful of athletes that will be consistent and give you certain level," Nguyen said. "We know what we're going to get from quite a few women on the team when they compete."
