BLOOMINGTON, IN – Toledo moved up one spot in Sunday's final round to finish tied for fifth place at the Hoosier Invitational. The Rockets shot a team score of 18-over par 870 (291-286-293) over the course of the last two days to finish tied with Fort Wayne (287-290-293) at the Indiana University Golf Course (Par-71, 6,813 Yards).

Freshman Joe Bryce (73-71-72) and junior co-captain Stephen Watts paced UT today with marks of one-over par 72 to finish tied for 19^th and 23^rd spots among 78 individuals, respectively.

Freshman Thomas Thurloway was just two strokes behind Watts and tied for 32^nd place at six-over par 219 (71-75-73), while junior co-captain Colin Joseph tied for 39^th spot at seven-over par 220 (74-70-76). Sophomore Spencer Shoemaker was the final member of the Rockets' lineup and finished tied for 57^th place at 13-over par 226 (76-73-77).

Charlotte won the 14-team field with an impressive mark of 11-under par 841 (278-278-285) and held an 18-stroke advantage over runner-up Indiana at seven-over par 859 (282-293-284). The 49ers had three individuals finish among the Top 6.

Individually, Valparaiso's Peter Webb captured medalist honors at seven-under par 206 (65-68-73) and maintained a three-shot cushion over Charlotte's Matty Lamb at four-under par 209 (71-68-70).

Toledo returns to the links in two weeks when it travels to West Lafayette, IN for the Boilermaker Invitational on Saturday-Sunday, April 15-16.
