Toledo to Hold Three Basketball Camps in June

TOLEDO, OH - Toledo will hold three camps in June in Savage Arena. The Rockets are slated to put on a handful of camps during the month for kids ranging in grades from kindergarten through the 12th grade.Â
UT will begin the camp schedule with High School Shootouts on June 16, 17, 23 and 24. Squads are guaranteed three games per day in the shootouts, and the competition will be tailored to the team's level. Squads can attend the shootout for one day or multiple days. The fee is $275.00 per team each day.
The Rockets will also hold a Cullop's Kids Camp for kids entering kindergarten through sixth-grade on June 19-22. The purpose of this four-day camp is to learn fundamental skills, play games, compete in contests and have fun interacting with Rocket players and staff. The fee is $100.00 and campers will receive a t-shirt and basketball.Â
In conjunction with the Kids Camp, the Rockets will put on an Elite Skills Camp for players entering sixth- through 12th-grade on June 19-22. In this camp, campers will learn specific one-on-one moves, gain a better understanding of their position and work with UT's players and coaches. The fee is $175.00 and campers will get a t-shirt, as well as receive technical shooting tips, a written shooting evaluation and view a video breakdown of their shot. Â
