MAC Champions to be Honored at Saturday's Men's Basketball Game

Toledo, Ohio - The 2017 Mid-American Conference Champion Toledo Rockets football team will be honored at halftime of Saturday's men's basketball game vs. Marshall. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. at Savage Arena.

The Rockets (11-2) won the MAC's West Division with a 7-1 league record and then defeated East Division champion Akron, 45-28, in the MAC Championship Game at Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday, Dec. 2. Toledo will play Appalachian State, co-champions of the Sun Belt Conference, in the 2017 Dollar General Bowl at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala. on Saturday, Dec. 23 (7:00 p.m. ET/ESPN).

Tickets for the for Dollar General Bowl are on sale now online, by phone or in person at the UT Athletic Ticket Office in Savage Arena. Tickets for the men's basketball game vs. Marshall, or the women's basketball game vs. Cleveland State at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, are also on sale.
