PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. – Toledo concluded its fall season on Wednesday with a 10
th-place showing at the Saint Mary's Invitational being held at the par-71, 7,002-yard Poppy Hills Golf Course. The Rockets carded an even-par 284 today to finish the three-day event at eight-over par 860 in a field that included 12 teams ranked in Golfstat's Top 100.

Duncan McNeill and sophomore
Joe Bryce paced the Rockets with two-under par 69s. McNeill (76-68-69) and sophomore
Thomas Thurloway (73-65-75) tied for 26
th place at even-par 213 to lead Toledo. Bryce was one stroke behind the aforementioned duo at one-over par 214 (73-72-69) and tied for 31
st place.

Rounding out the Rocket lineup was senior
Stephen Watts tied for 55
th place at seven-over par 220 (78-71-71) and senior
Colin Joseph tied for 88
th place at 16-over par 229 (79-74-76). Junior
Spencer Shoemaker competed as an individual and tied for 97
th place at 19-over par (83-75-74).
No. 33 USC captured the tournament title with a remarkable 28-under par 824 (287-268-269), six strokes in front of No. 13 Stanford at 22-under par 830 (283-273-274). The Trojans' Justin Suh, the No. 2-ranked golfer in the nation, earned medalist honors at 13-under par 200 (67-66-67).
