NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Senior Colin Joseph and junior Duncan McNeill each sit in the Top 10 following the first two rounds of Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Classic on Sunday. The duo's play has helped Toledo to a fourth-place team standing in a tournament being held at the par-70, 6,925-yard Warren Golf Course.
 
The Rockets shot a one-over par 281 in the morning before tallying a four-over par 285 in the afternoon. UT's team total of five-over par 565 is 23 strokes behind host Notre Dame (272-270=542), 10 behind second-place Georgia Southern (274-281=555) and four back of third-place Fort Wayne (274-287=561).
 
UND's Davis Chatfield holds a one-shot lead heading into the final day after firing an impressive five-under-par 135.
 
Joseph collected four birdies in her first round before notching three more over the final 18 holes en route to a two-under par 138 (69-69). McNeill tallied three birdies in each of his rounds today on his way to a one-under par 139 (70-69).
 
Rounding out the Rocket lineup is sophomore Grant Godfrey tied for 28^th place at four-over par 144 (70-74), senior Stephen Watts tied for 42^nd place at six-over par 146 (74-72) and freshman Dylan Van Fossen tied for 52^nd place at eight-over par 148 (72-76). Junior Spencer Shoemaker is competing as an individual and tied for 69^th place at 13-over par 153 (80-73).
 
The final round of the Fighting Irish Classic will be held tomorrow with the Rockets' tee times beginning at 8:57 a.m.
