Cleveland, OH – The Toledo track & field team had 12 student-athletes earn Academic All-Mid-American Conference honors, the league announced on Wednesday.
 
Stephanie Barlow, Akili Barnes, Megan Gaysunas, Julia Mendiola, Madeline Pacella, Delainey Phelps, Julia Pusateri, Hannah Saba, Priscilla Timmons, Brooke Tullis, Liz Weiler and Emily Wyrick were selected due to their outstanding efforts in the classroom, we well as the track.
 
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
