TOLEDO, OH – The Toledo women's tennis team will travel to Ypsilanti, MI on Friday, April 15 for a 1:00 p.m. match against Eastern Michigan. UT will enter the match with an 8-11 overall record and a 2-4 record in the MAC. EMU is currently 4-14 overall and 2-5 in the conference.
 
Last season, the Rockets went 0-2 against the Eagles. UT lost to EMU in the regular season, 4-3, and then dropped another 4-3 decision to Eastern Michigan in the first round of the MAC tournament.
 
Toledo is coming off of a 5-2 loss to Central Michigan. Sophomore Sidnay Huck and freshman Claire Aleck claimed UT's only two singles victories. Huck bested Melina Lyubomirova, 7-6, 7-5, at first singles. Aleck won a tie-breaker at the No. 5 spot against Denise Azcui, 7-6, 4-6, 1-0.
