Kareem Hunt was named the Iron Workers Union No. 55 "Ironman of the Game"Â for his performance in Toledo's game at Western Michigan on Nov. 25.Â
Hunt carried the ball 20 times for a season-high 200 rushing yards and a touchdown. Additionally, he hauled in three receptions for 73 yards including a 41-yard catch and run. In the first half he had accounted for 173 of Toledo's 197 yards of total offense. It was Hunt's third 200-yard rushing game of his career. His 4,825 career rushing yards is only 24 yards short of the all-time school rushing record held by Chester Taylor (1998-2001).Â
