TOLEDO, OH — Toledo looks to wrap up a successful fall campaign next week when it heads to Macon, GA for Mercer University's Idle Hour Collegiate Championship. The tournament will take place on Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at the par-72, 6,136-yard Idle Hour Golf Club.
    The scoring format will consist of each team fielding five players, with the lowest four scores counting for each round. Thirty-six holes will be played on Monday with the final 18 holes on Tuesday. Live scoring can be found at birdiefire.com.
    Toledo has notched a three Top Three showings in first four tournaments this fall with runner-up finishes at Ball State's Cardinal Classic (Sept. 19-20) and FIU's Pat Bradley Invitational (Oct. 23-25) as well as a third-place standing at the Rocket Classic (Oct. 10-11).   Â
    Sophomores Pimchanok Kawil and Pinyada Kuvanun are tied for the team lead in stroke average for the Rockets with 74.2 marks. Junior Napaphan Phongpaiboon is third on the team with a 75.4 mark following a career-best showing at the Pat Bradley event. She earned Mid-American Conference Women's Golfer of the Week honors after carding a career-low four-under par 212 (68-71-73) that was good for a career-best fifth place finish.
    The Rockets are competing against a 12-team field that includes Cincinnati, Gardner Webb, James Madison, Mercer, Rutgers, Samford, Southern Mississippi, Troy, Western Carolina, Western Kentucky and Wofford.
