STAY BY YOUR ROCKETS ALL SEASON LONG

This season, Toledo Athletics will release limited edition Rockets Fan Cutouts available for purchase for the 2020-21 Basketball and Volleyball seasons. Upload your favorite photo of yourself, a family member, or pet showing their Toledo pride, and be a part of the pageantry at Savage Arena in a new and unique way! The cutouts will be produced and installed in partnership with Dave White Chevrolet.

All orders placed and approved will be installed in Savage Arena ASAP.

By purchasing a Rockets Fan Cutout, you help supply health and safety resources to nearly 400 Toledo student-athletes, including COVID-19 testing, special health monitoring related to COVID-19, clean masks, and face shields. In addition, proceeds from fan cutouts provide newly necessary initiatives to support student-athlete success at Toledo, such as virtual tutoring, grab n' go meals, on-campus hand sanitization stations, and assistance with digital course books and learning resources.

The Rocket Fan Cutouts are $40 per cutout. All cutouts will be placed in the north and south bleachers of Savage Arena.

Details To Know for Your Rockets Fan Cutout Photo Submission

WHAT TO WEAR:

Show you (or your pet's) pride by wearing your favorite  Rockets  apparel. We encourage you to wear Midnight Blue and Gold.
Wear gear that does not blend in with your background. 
If you wear glasses or a hat, make sure to avoid glares, flashbacks, and shadows. 
No other NCAA or professional sports teams logos or brands will be allowed. No advertising, business, or political brands allowed.

WHERE TO TAKE YOUR PHOTO:

Avoid backlighting by finding a light source and directly facing it. Do not put your back to the light source.
Make sure personal and/or private information is not pictured. 
Solid-colored backgrounds work best.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR PHOTO:

One person per photo.  No group photos.
Do not take a selfie. Have someone else take your photo for you or set a timer on your camera. 
For the best results, stand 3-4 feet from the camera. 
Position the camera at eye-level, frame yourself from the waist-up, and include some space around your head and shoulders. 
Take the photo in a vertical (portrait) format, and make sure it is formatted in the largest file size possible (must be at least 1 MB). 
Don't raise your arms above your shoulders or outside of your body width. They will be cropped out. 
You can hold a sport-specific sign or prop (football, basketball, foam hand, etc.), but please make sure to keep it inside your body width.

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO:

Double-check that your photo adheres to all of the above and below guidelines.
Upload your photo in the applicable space. Remember that it must be over 1 MB. 
Only JPG format images are accepted.
All purchasers will be prompted to read and accept Toledo Athletics' Legal Consent, Assignment, and Release form.

THE FOLLOWING IMAGES WILL NOT BE APPROVED:

Selfies. 
Group photos of 2 or more people and/or pets. 
Blurry images. 
Photos that do not adhere to the cutout guidelines. 
Commercial advertisements including slogans, websites, and phone numbers.

Toledo Athletics reserves the right to refuse any photo that is contrary to the Toledo Athletics Fan Code of Conduct and MAC or NCAA sportsmanship principles. Purchasers whose images are not approved will receive notification and further details directly from Toledo Athletics. 

*Once produced, photo cutouts are non-refundable.
