Toledo Rockets Reading Program

A book is a magical thing. Once you open one and start reading, you can find yourself being in any place in the world, at any time in history, or in any realm of fantasy. The best part of reading is that you can reach the most exciting destinations without ever leaving your home.The University of Toledo Rocket Reading Program is here to help you on your way toward a strong education, encouraging you to read some great books to redeem an awesome prize.

Rocket Reading Program

Grades K-2

Goal: Read a minimum of 10 books between March 25 and May 31.
Rules: Each book must be recorded in the Rocket Reading Log. Each student must bring the Rocket Reading Log to the Rocket Ticket Office located at Savage Arena on the main campus for the University of Toledo. Once dropped off the student will receive a free, non-premium ticket to the Toledo vs. San Diego State football game on September 12, 2020. Tickets must be redeemed prior to game day and are based on availability.
Rewards: Special on-field recognition at the Toledo Football home opener vs. San Diego State on Saturday, September 12, 2020.
Deadline: Friday, July 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Rocket Ticket Office.

Grades 3-5
