CJ van Wyk has received First-Team All-Mid-American Conference honors, the league office announced on Friday.

Van Wyk's selection marks the sixth straight season the Rockets have had at least one first-team honoree under Head CoachÂ
Jeff Roope.
A native of George, South Africa, van Wyk posted a career-best 72.3 stroke average this season. He registered Top 10 finishes at Virginia's Lewis Chitengwa Memorial and Purdue's Boilermaker Invitational as well as a 14
th-place showing at the Inverness Intercollegiate.
Van Wyk also led the Rockets this season with 16 rounds of par or better and topped the Rockets with a 71.4 stroke average in the spring.
