TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's tennis team's 2024 recruiting class been ranked No. 8 in the Tennis Recruiting Network (TRN) Top Women's Mid-Major Classes. This is the highest-ranked incoming class for any Mid-American Conference program, and the highest ever for the Rockets.
The mid-major ranking includes all colleges in all divisions except for "Power-5" tennis conferences – the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Ivy League, and the SEC.

Tracy Mauntler, who was named the 2024 Midwest Region's Wilson/ ITA Coach of the Year after leading Toledo to a MAC championship and NCAA Championship appearance. "They are joining an incredibly successful team and I am confident they will fit in well with the team culture and standards we have developed here at Toledo."
Mauntler and the Rockets welcome Pimmama Thongkum (9.92 Universal Tennis Rating), Jacklynka Scholten (9.14 UTR), Neha Guru (8.60 UTR), Annika Munson (8.55 UTR), and Catherine Rhegness (7.96 UTR) to its championship roster in the fall. Scholten is a five-star recruit, while Guru, Munson, and Rhegness are all four-star players.
