Toledo, Ohio - The Toledo women's soccer program is holding two youth camps this summer: An ID Camp on June 8 and 15, and an Elite Prospect Camp July 27-28. Both camps will be held on the University of Toledo main campus in the Fetterman Training Center.
ID Camp
The ID Camp is open to any and all girls from 8th grade to college-age. Field players and goalkeepers are encouraged to register. The camp costs $99 per session and each session runs from 1:00-6:00 p.m.
Rocket Soccer ID campers will have the opportunity to train and play in collegiate-level training sessions. This camp is a great opportunity for an elite-level youth player to get a closer look at what it takes to be a collegiate student-athlete. Camp will consist of functional, technical and tactical skill instruction plus small sided and 11v11 games. Sessions will be led by head coach
TJ Buchholz, his coaching staff and other collegiate coaches.
Elite Prospect Camp
The Summer Elite Prospect camp is open to any and all girls from 9th grade to college-age, and field players and goalkeepers are encouraged to register. The camp costs $250. Housing, meals, and two Toledo soccer shirts will be provided.
Each camper will learn what it's like to be a Toledo Rocket and will gain insight into a championship-caliber NCAA Division I training environment, with an emphasis on technical, tactical and competitive mentality. Sessions will be led by head coach
TJ Buchholz and his coaching staff, with campers having the chance to interact with UT soccer players.
A specialized goalkeeper camp will run in conjunction with both the ID Camp and Elite Prospect Camp. Goalkeepers will receive goalkeeper-specific instruction throughout the respective camps.
A confirmation email will be sent out after online registration, and a full camp itinerary will be sent out closer to the start of camp.
