Justin Ingram Named Toledo Athlete of the Week

TOLEDO, OH - Justin Ingram earned second-team All-MAC honors as well as a spot on the MAC's All-Tournament Team by leading Toledo to its first championship game in 10 years.
Ingram averaged 19.3 points per game and tied his career high of 23 points twice vs. Bowling Green and Akron. He also averaged 4.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.3 steals per game while playing 34.5 minutes per game and shot 50 percent from the field and 94.1 percent (16-of-17) from the free-throw line.
The Lansing, MI native scored 15 points and connected for two free throws with 9.4 seconds remaining to secure the Rockets' 78-77 quarterfinal victory over Northern Illinois.
In the championship game vs. Kent State, Ingram led the Rockets with 16 points and grabbed a season-high seven rebounds.
